The Jaguars finalized a deal on Monday with David Garrard who was entering the last year of his contract. Garrard, 30, signed a deal worth almost 60 million for 7 years, making him the best paid QB in Jaguars history, which is not much, but its already been almost 15 years... With this signing the Jags are also guaranteeing that they will have a good QB for years to come...

An interesting move doing 7 years, in my opinion, I mean, he had one good year, I wouldve waited and see how well he plays this one, or at least sign him maybe for 5 years...
