I was not shoked to hear that the Seattle Seahawks released today RB Shaun Alexander... a former league MVP back in 2005... I think we all see it coming for a while... I mean they signed two RB's in free agency (RB T.J. Duckett and RB Julius Jones) and let's be honest... Alexander has been injured the most part of the last two seasons... he's getting old for a RB (he's 30 years old) and he doesn't have the Offensive line he use to had back when he won the MVP award.
Now let's see which teams give a chance to Alexander... I personally think it would be a gamble... but let's see what happens.
